Ms. Meriam Hester
Ms. Meriam Hester is a phenomenal teacher and a blessing to the NEA teaching staff. Ms. Hester has over 30 years of experience teaching and four years of early childhood leadership. In the time she has been at NEA, our lower grade (K-2) scholars have demonstrated tremendous growth. Her scholars have achieved 100% at or above proficiency for two consecutive years. Ms. Hester loves to go camping, engage in arts and crafts, and decorating. She is furthering her educational studies at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Ms. Hester has brought a wealth of experience and creativity to NEA and we are proud to have her on staff!
